65’ x 120’ sand outdoor warm up arena. 150' x 225' sand competition arena. Grass/pasture parking. NO DOGS PLEASE!
Directions:
North: Take US Hwy 35 west of Dayton approximately 8 miles to the intersection at Union Road (between Drexel and New Lebanon). Turn South onto Union Road and go approximately 2 miles. Farm will be on the right. NOTE: from the north, Union Road house numbers are not sequential – don’t let this throw you! Signs for parking will be posted – Parking pasture is north of the house and barns.
Directions from the South: Take State Route 4 north through Germantown to the Union Road intersection (shortly after the lighted intersection with Farmersville-West Carrollton Road). Turn North onto Union Road and go approximately 3 miles. Farm will be on the left. Signs will be posted for parking – parking pasture is north of the house and barns
